How did you get started in fitness?
I have always engaged in sports & athletics & from a young age have always had a lot of energy and passion for movement. I am trained as a contemporary/commercial dancer so fitness is a big part of a dancer's weekly routine, it is something I have always done.
How did you turn it into a career?
I started teaching on the side of my dance career and I guess it just took over. Once I started teaching and learning how to deliver different concepts I became obsessed and have not looked back since.
Do you have a favourite: strength, Pilates, barre, something else?
Choosing one discipline is impossible for me. For me, the beauty of my training routine is being able to train through a multitude of disciplines. I tend to train via a particular method based on my mood, energy levels or for functionality and performance.
Who inspires you, why?
My grandmother. At the age of 80 she is still very active and independent. She always extends her arms to help others and is a source of light, happiness and joy. I have never seen anyone with as much energy as her, she is actually superwoman.
What are your current fitness goals?
My current goal is to master my own body-weight via gymnastics & callisthenics. I love working on my handstands and inversions.
What advice do have for people who are new to fitness?

What's the best advice you've ever received?

What do you like to do you spare time?
Roller skating, piano practice, dancing, cleaning & browsing Pinterest for interior design inspiration.
What does a healthy lifestyle mean to you?
A lifestyle that energises me and keeps me mentally and physically happy. A lil bit of everything in moderation is key, it's all about striking a balance. This is for areas of life.
