Our ambassador Charlotte Holmes takes the hot seat for a round of quick fire questions...
So what got you into personal training as a career?
I was always very much into fitness and movement, but found there was a real lack of PTs training people for the right reasons.
For me, fitness is all about longevity of health for body and mind. So I did my qualification in both personal training and yoga to try and help people who are looking to improve their fitness in a healthy and educated way.
How has fitness affected your life?
I honestly haven’t known life without movement, but I’m still grateful every day for my body and what it’s able to do.
Do you have any words of wisdom for new PTs?
Yeah, if you're passionate then get out there and train people! The experience of teaching real clients is key, so practice practice practice.
